He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Virginia Fowkes (Bruwelheide); his wife Carol Ann Fowkes of North Canton; his son Jerrod Michael Fowkes (Jen) of North Canton; his grandchildren, Alyssa Christine Fowkes, Austin James Fowkes, Mikayla Hadley Fowkes and Lexi Madison Fowkes of North Canton; his brothers, Harry W. Fowkes of Apollo, PA and George H. Fowkes of Apollo, PA.; and also, Jill Borland and Amy Borland of Minerva.
