He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lookhart and Flody Lookhart (Roberts); and his siblings, Rose Marie Lookhart, Eleanor King, Dorothy Lookhart, Ricky, Melvin and Larry Lookhart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Keith, Bill, Clair, Blair, Raymond, James Lookhart, Sara Lookhart, Zelma Freeline and Judy Kennedy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
