She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Dyke and Anna Van Dyke (Rings); her husband Guy Costa; and her siblings, Jess, Donald, Sally, Dolly and Linda.
She is survived by: her children, Guy, Glenn and Greg; her sisters, Eva and Donna; her grandchildren, Carrie, Brian, Alaina, Jared, Jacob and Max; and her great grandchildren, Zayden, Troy, William, Olivia, Lucas and Jacob.
