She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert D. Vermeulen; her parents, Edward Wilson and Fannie Wilson; and her siblings, Betty Wolfe, Trish Milford, Lilly Eggloff, Bill Wilson, Harry Wilson, Jim Wilson, George Wilson and Keith Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Vermeulen (Lynn) of Apollo, Gail Vermeulen (Dan Slahtovsky) of Upper Burrell and Barbara Sanders (Chuckie) of Lower Burrell; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Ashley, Robert, Joe and Laci; and her sibling Judy Degnan (Tim) of New Kensington.
