It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Jack Potkanowicz of Apollo, Pennsylvania, born in Ford City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Potkanowicz and Eva Potkanowicz; and his siblings, Helen Smail (Jake), Henry Potkanowicz and Florence Halvonik (Joseph). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, who would like to thank the care givers.
