He is survived by: his children, Donald L. Black Jr. (Sue) of Apollo, Susan D. Berger (Al Berger) of Oakdale, N. Y., Keren L. Hobba, Barbara A. Arczynski (Dennis) of Stuart, Fla., Peggy L. Abbott (Frank) of Front Royal and Dennis D. Black of Apollo; and his brother David Black (Ann) of Millville, N. J.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and12 great-grandchildren.
