He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Kirkman and Nellie Alberta Kirkman (Boarts); his brother H. Thomas Kirkman; and his sister-in-law Delores Kirkman. He is survived by: his son Les Kirkman (Anne Sulava) of Kiski Township; his former wife Glenda Baer of Apollo; his stepchildren, Rick Coulter of Albuquerque, NM, Vicki Crooks (Mike Snyder) of Parks Township and Paula Verner of Apollo; and his sister Carole A. Kennedy of North Apollo. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren.
