He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hicks and Naomi Weir Hicks; his daughter Sara Hicks; and his brother Kenneth Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Steri Hicks of Apollo; his son David Hicks (Monica) of Northampton; and his grandsons, David Hicks Jr. and Bradley Hicks.
