She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Klingensmith; and her brother William Klingensmith. She is survived by: her mother Donna Klingensmith (Emigh) of Carrolltown, VA; and her siblings, Kevin J. Klingensmith (Diana) of Kittanning, Matt Klingensmith of Kittanning and Cynthia R. Zellefrow (Herbert) of Apollo. She is also survived by 4 nephews, 3 nieces, 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
