She is survived by: her children, Cindy Pert (Tim) of Hyde Park, Michael Kostelansky of Indiana and Brandon Kostelansky of Apollo; her grandchildren, Ashly, Alyssa, Dominic, Piper and Leah; and her siblings, Sandy Sobek of Clairton and Joseph Fryer of Philadelphia. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
