He was predeceased by: his father Daniel J. Kovack; his grandparents, William, Mary Kovack and John E Karnack Sr.; and his uncle John E Karnack Jr..
He is survived by: his mother Maria C. Kovack (Karnack); his grandmother Bonnie Karnack of Clairton; his siblings, Suzanne Schultheis (Adam) of Irwin, Cheryl Kovack Larson (Bill) of Versailles Boro, Thomas Kovack of McKeesport and Shawn Kovack (Lori) of North Huntingdon; his children, Jennifer Morris (Robert) of Apollo, Daniel Kovack Jr. (Zoey) of McKeesport and John Kovack of McKeesport; and the mother of his children Hope Morris (David) of McKeesport. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousin, as well as many close friends.
