She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis M. Hill and Cora B. McCutcheon Hill; and her siblings, Orville Hill, Ruby Egly and Leatha Rearic Fennel.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Coulter Sr.; her sons, Richard Coulter of Brookfield and Gerald Coulter of Las Vegas, NV; and her grandchildren, Richard Coulter III of Fort Pierce, Curtis Coulter (Laura) of Warren, Kristen Kisch of Ravenna, Tania Butcher (Rob) of Ft. Wayne, JJ Coulter (Kim) of Columbia and Ryan Coulter of Bellingham, WA.. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
