He was predeceased by: his siblings, Herb, Kenny, Allen, Melvin Harding, Anna Palmer, Marion Carson, Laura Harding and Lillian Regrut.

He is survived by: his wife Georgia A. Harding (Pcholinski); his children, Clifford W. Harding, Jr. (Lorri) of Apollo, Cheryl Harding and Gregory Harding of Turtle Creek; his grandchildren, Caitlin Chamberlain (Christopher) and Lilliana Harding; his great grandchild Lydia Chamberlain; and his sister Janice Molina.
