It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence L. McDermott (Apollo, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. E. McDermott Sr. and Edith Marie McDermott (Pearson); his granddaughter Deborah Coccaro; and his siblings, Ronald McDermott of Harry, H. E and Aleen Kerr.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. McDermott (Linsenbigler); his daughters, Amy M. Hoch (Michael) of Apollo, Katrina L. Coccaro (Mark) of Vandergrift and Crystal Daughtery (Phil) of Spring Church; his grandchildren, Michael, Nick, Alex, Leann, Matthew, Marina, Julia, Aidan and Sydney; his great grandchildren, Layla, Harlow, Khari, Kalem, Carter, Jack, Elizabeth, Emma, Owen, Stella and Vivienne; and his siblings, Bonnie Reese, Donna Tressler, Grace Fryer, Keith McDermott (Corrina) and Rae Ellen Hesketh (Dennis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the North Apollo Church of God (507 20th St, Apollo, PA 15673).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
