He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Sr. Libengood and Alice Mary Richard Libengood. He is survived by: his sister Pamela M. Ramsey of Jacksonville; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayden, Bella and Yhelenna; his nephews, Kenneth Ramsey III, Jeremiah Ramsey and Samuel Ramsey; his niece Sarah Rhoads (Ian); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keyairah, Ariel and Colton; his brother Michael Libengood of Apollo; his niece Rebecca Libengood; his nephew Justin Libengood (family: Jessica Libengood, Michelle); and also, Dominique Gunby, J. J., James Libengood (Missy) of Freeport, Jamie and Edward Libengood.
