With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Kanas (Apollo, Pennsylvania), born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 9, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Steele and Elizabeth L. Steele (Zidek); and her sister Sandra Crofutt (Steele). She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Kanas of Parks Township; her daughters, Bria L. Kanas of Spring Church and Dakota L. Goch (Nathan) of Parks Township; her grandson Greyson R. Goch; her siblings, Janice Minick (Franklin) of Vandergrift and Robert D. Steele (Renae) of Allegheny Township; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara (Travis), Michael (Allison), Shane, Scott and Sonja.
