She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Magness and Blanche Magness (Burns); her husband Leland A. Bittinger; and her siblings, Bob, Bill Magness and Betty Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie McDevitt (Randy) of Bell Township and Ron Richardson (Connie) of Washington Township; her stepson David Bittinger of Apollo; her grandchildren, Stacey Vincler (Joe) of New Kensington, Kelly Patterson (Shawn) of Washington Township, Ryan Richardson (Martha) of Virginia and Erin Burlikowski (Mike) of South Carolina; her stepgrandson Brian L. Bittinger (Stephanie) of New Kensington; her brother Eugene E. Magness of New Kensington; and her nephew Tom Magness (Krystal) of New Kensington. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family asks that anyone that comes to the funeral home please wear a mask, and social distance.
