He is survived by: his wife Sara L. Silvis (Elkin); his children, Rhonda S. Connor (Mike) of Allegheny Township, Allen D. Silvis (Celena) of Fairfax, VA, Steven R. Silvis (Amy) of Martinsburg, PA and Brian K. Silvis of Leonardtown, MD; his grandchildren, Kailyn, Haley, Nicole, Brant, Madi, Michael, Daniel and Lillian; his great grandchildren, Carter, Owen, Isaac, Kenna, Eli, Nicholas, Colson, Briar, Mathis and Elsie; and his sisters, Carol Smith, Ann Hollis, Bev Troutman and Sandra Frailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
