He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Rattigan; his children, Sarah Rattigan of Washington, PA and Patrick A. Rattigan (Heather) of Indiana, PA; his grandsons, Troy A. of Indiana, PA, Trent E. of Indiana, PA, Connor D. Rattigan of Indiana, PA and Alex Metalla of Washington, PA; his siblings, Helen J. Bella (George) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Arthur A. Rattigan (Jeanne) of Trafford; and his sister-in-law Debby A. Gardner of Apollo.
