We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2021, at the age of 90, Agnes C. (Hollis) Heckman (Apollo, Pennsylvania), born in Blairsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hollis and Mildred Hollis (Gamble); her husband Donald M. Heckman; her stepfather George "Jake" Deemer; her sister Mary Hollis; and her stepsiblings, Ruth Deemer Schall and Carroll "Liny" Deemer.
She is survived by: her children, James R. Heckman (Janet) of Kiski Township, Sandra L. Blumenfeld (Bert) of Dothan, AL, William G. Heckman (Michael Leija) of Hanover, PA and Kimberly A. Held (Thomas) of Kiski Township; her grandchildren, Heather Mattu, Melissa Tura (Joe), Patrick King (Lisa), Adam King (Allison), Holly Trebilcock (Matt), Lauren Ferry, Baileigh Dafft (Jon Kohan), Ryan Held (Heather) and Samuel Held (Bayli); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Kayla, Madison Tura, Jacob Mattu, Kenny Baustert, James Heckman, Justyce, Daizha Baker, Aubrey, Paxton and Eliza Held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Agnes's memory to the New Beginnings United Methodist Church, 1559 State Route 56 E, Apollo, PA 15613.
