He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold T. O'Shell and Ruth M. O'Shell (McCaulley); his sons, Adam and Alan; and his brother S. Lemoyne "Butch" O'Shell.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Lightner; his daughter Betsy Cron (Keith); his grandchildren, Thomas and Ruthie Cron; his brother Robert O'Shell (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Donna O'Shell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Altoona Alliance Church (3220 Pleasant Valley Blvd #1, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests that contributions in Tom's memory be made to Altoona Alliance Church.
