He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Kreider LeRoy; his parents, Clinton L. LeRoy and Wanda Wolaver LeRoy; and his brother John LeRoy. He is survived by: his children, Margot (Jeffrey Hoch) of Palmyra, Clinton A. LeRoy of Fredericksburg and David J. LeRoy of Los Gatos, CA; and his grandchildren, Roxanne Hoch, Madeline Hoch, Kevin and Ryan LeRoy.

Contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, Lebanon County Chapter # 81, P.O. Box 1443, Lebanon, PA 17042 in Bill's memory.
