He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred A. Hitz and Gloria J. Zimmerman Hitz; and his brother Richard A. Hitz. He is survived by: his children, Terry L. Hitz, Jr. (Belinda) of Lebanon and Heidi F. Dounouk (Jared) of Camp Hill; his grandchildren, Amanda and Vivienne; and his sisters, Brenda J. Brown (Robert) of Fredericksburg and Kathleen A. Daub (Donald) of Lebanon.
