It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Winters (Annville, Pennsylvania), born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph S. Hartman and Mildred H. Hartman (Uhrich). She is survived by: her sons, Charles C. Winters (Jennifer) of Annville and Robert L. Winters (Kristin) of Fredericksburg; her grandchildren, Taylor, Mason, Jaxon, Van and Ellie; and her siblings, Joseph R. Hartman, Mary C. Garrett and Jane L. Nye.
