He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Strong; and his wife Janice K. Strong. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Strong, Andrew Tanberg and Jerome Tanberg; his grandchildren, Kasper Tanberg and Ivy Tanberg; his sisters, Barbara Carroll and Matti Williams; and his nieces, Lindsay Bishop and Erikka Bishop.
