We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2020, at the age of 78, Samuel Shank of Annville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Shank and Thelma Shank; his wife Janet M. Shank; his daughter Vicky Alsedek; and his siblings, Herb Shank, Christine and Robert Seiders.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hollis, Lori Smith, Samuel Shank, Jr., Jody Shank, Jeffrey Shank and Pat Lambert; his grandchildren, Alyssa Smith, Amanda Duvall, Nicole Caudill and Lance Garrison; his great grandchildren, Anthony, McKenzie, Caprice, Brock Briel, Ziara and Javon Garrison; and his brothers, Jim and Tim Shank.
