He was predeceased by: his wife Fern I. Bowman (Maurer); his parents, Eden Bowman and Martha Bowman; his children, Patsy Southward and Gary Bowman; and his siblings, Robert Bowman and Regina Reigle.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Bowman, Jr. (Marie) of Annville, Barbara (Donald Brown) of Fredericksburg, James Bowman (Denise) of Jonestown, David Bowman of Annville and Karen Lee of Charlestown, WV. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his church, Zion EC Church, 710 S. White Oak Street, Annville, PA 17003.
