He was predeceased by: his parent Edwin J. Troutman; and his siblings, Charles Troutman and Marion Smallback. He is survived by: his parent Sarahann Beller Troutman; his children, Lynda Troutman O'Sullivan and Philip Edwin Troutman of Rochester; his grandchildren, John Perry O'Sullivan and Michael Patrick O'Sullivan; and his brother Richard Troutman (Merle Troutman) of Bowling Green.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Perry and Vivian Schreffler Troutman Scholarship Fund c/o Lebanon Valley College, 101 N. College Avenue, Annville, PA 17003.
