It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel Quintana (Annville, Pennsylvania), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Quintana, Ava Elise Moser, Chasity Mann, Aliea Livering, His and Kimberly Moser; his siblings, Felix Quintana, Jr., Miguel A. Quintana, Elizabeth Laureano, James Quintana, Jose A. Quintana, Emilio Quintana, Jose M. Rivera and Elizbeth Rivera; and his grandparents, Jose M. Serrano and Julia Serrano. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
