It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John T. Lively (Annville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 27, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of John T. Lively to show support.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lizzie Lee Morehart, Mary Ellen Grika and Henry Bernard Lively. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his brother Philip R. Lively of Houston, Texas; his son Henri B.; his daughter-in-law Kerry (Freisen) of Annville; and his grandchildren, Molly, Ian and Emma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's memory to The Lebanon Valley Home or to the Feed My Sheep Food Pantry, c/o Zion Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 5, Dauphin, PA 17018.
