We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2020, at the age of 82, Joan Govan of Annville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald William and Grace Govan (Adelaide); and her brother John Govan. She is survived by: her sister Judy Murtagh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
