She was predeceased by: her parents, Delores Martz and Edgar Martz; and her siblings, Ruth Martz, Deloris Metz and Edgar Martz.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Underkoffler of Tower City; her grandchildren, Matt Underkoffler (Wendy) of Tower City, Kori Bell (Todd) of Millersburg and Amy Welsh (Richard) of Greenville, NC; her great grandchildren, Matthew Underkoffler, Andrew Underkoffler, Lindsay Matter, Karleen Bell, Sydney and Sawyer Welsh; her siblings, Nancy Famularo of Harrisburg, Pamela Homrighausen (Ken) of Grantville and Richard Martz (Linda) of Lebanon; and her brother-in-law Earl Sweigard of Harrisburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Tower City or Paxton Methodist Church in Harrisburg.
