Hoffsmith, Jr.; his wife Marilyn of Manheim; his grandchildren, Kirsten, Katie, Kyle, Erica, Brooke, Jordan, Andrew, Stephanie and Janet; his great grandchildren, Kensley, Eden, Riley, Mason, Grace and Justin; his brother Earl Hoffsmith (Marian) of Lawn; and also, Joel E. Hoffsmith (Sue) of Elizabethtown and Jerome L. "Jerry" Hoffsmith (Linda) of Annville.
