She was predeceased by: her parents, Elva Horst (Johnston) and Wilbert Keefer; her siblings, Darlene Gress and Edward Keefer; and her grandson Noah DeShong.
She is survived by: her husband Paul R. DeShong; her children, Jessica L. DeShong of Annville, PA, Benjamin L. (DeShong) and Samantha L. (Landeck); her siblings, Donald Keefer of McConnellsburg, PA, Ronald Keefer of McConnellsburg, PA, Robert Keefer of McConnellsburg, PA, Thomas Keefer of Harrisonville, PA and Jesse Keefer of Germany; and her grandchildren, Emma DeShong, Leah DeShong, Owen DeShong, Caleb Landeck and Emmitt Landeck.
