He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary E. Bennett Bensinger; his parent Francis W. Bensinger; his son David L. Bensinger; and his siblings, Harold Bensinger, Irene Lehman, Dorothy Doran, Lorraine Berger and Marlene Boltz.

He is survived by: his parent Mae C. Kissinger Bensinger; his sister Rita Butler; and his nieces, Christine Noonan and Gail Smyers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church, 28 N. 9th St., Lebanon, PA 17046.
