Latour (Annville, Pennsylvania), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on March 27, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent LaTour and Edna LaTour (Steigler); and his siblings, Robert LaTour and Dorothy Mutschler. He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. LaTour (Bracchi); his sons, Richard (Melannie) and David (Melisa); his grandchildren, Logan, Connor, Quinn, Rocco and Venezia; and his sisters, Mary Hobson and Joan Chittenden.
