He was predeceased by: his parents, John Deitz and Sally Deitz. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Kruger; his children, Laura Moyer (Curtis) and Edward A. Deitz, Jr. (Linda); and his siblings, Jenn Hines, George, Franklin and Dale Deitz. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
