(Michelle Howard); her siblings, Marilyn (Ray Miller), Richard Boltz and Ronnie Boltz; her grandchildren, Heather (Josh Lundsted), Amber Howard, Ryan Howard and Cole Howard; and her great grandchild Emily Lundsted.
