It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvena M. Hummer of Annville, Pennsylvania, born in Bellegrove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence H. Fortna and Cora A. Fortna (Himmelberger); and her husband Paul H. Hummer. She is survived by: her daughter Darlene M. Binkley; her sister Arlene R. Yorty; her children, Marcia L. Speraw (Russ), Raymond C. Miller, Jr. (Linda), Brenda J. Shaver and Dale Kay Eberhardt (Whitney); her son-in-law Ralph Binkley; and her stepsons, Allan R. Hummer (Penny) and Brian K. Hummer (Michelle). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
