Dazy (Annville, Pennsylvania), born in Windham, Connecticut, who passed away on January 2, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Dazy and Edna Dazy (Mott). He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Dazy (Stewart); his children, Michael Boyd, Victoria (Rex Moore) of Annville and Sharon (David Brockett); his grandchildren, Mason Moore, Sydney Moore, Bradee Boyd, Rylee Boyd and Alicia Brockett; and his siblings, Richard and Shirley.
