She was predeceased by: her husband Jonathan D. Smith III; her parents, Guy Ulshafer and Alice Ulshafer (Heffelfinger); her children, Jonathan IV and Jennifer; and her siblings, Guy Ulshafer and Beverly Grammes.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Mack (Matthew) of Slatington; her son-in-law Louis J Sommers of Summit Hill; her grandchildren, Amber, Mackenzie, Caelin, Jonathan V, Emily and Louis; her great grandchildren, Zachary and Katelyn; and her sisters, Mary, Nancy and Wanda.
