He is survived by: his wife Rose Smith (Ulshafer) of Andreas; his daughter Pamela Mack (Matthew) of Slatington; his son-in-law Louis J Sommers of Summit Hill; his grandchildren, Amber, Mackenzie, Caelin, Jonathan V, Emily and Louis; his great grandchildren, Zachary and Katelyn; and his sisters, Naoma, Margaret, Rose Marie and Melody.
