He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard E. Horn Sr. and Madeline Horn (Cerimele); his son Shawn Horn; his grandson Daniel Christopher Horn; and his siblings, Lori Snyder, Joseph and Thomas Horn.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene L. Horn (Steigerwalt); his son Daniel Horn; his siblings, Brian Horn (Charity), Richard Horn, Lamar Fronheiser, Melissa Primer (Daryl), Anne Formica and Debbie Steigerwalt (Thomas); his brother-in-law Robert Snyder; his stepmother Janet Horn; and his grandson Tanner Horn.
