He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Shoup, Sr. and Delores Hanna Shoup; and his stepfather Paul Tarr. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Engle Shoup; his son Christopher Shoup; and his siblings, Chuck Shoup, Steve Shoup (Renee), Ben Shoup (Cindy), Mike Tarr, Debbie Allen McNeely, Penny Panchura (Jerry), Karen Caldwell (Bo) and Missy Fisher (John). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
