It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Whitmer of Amity, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Whitmer and Vera Jean Holzhauser Whitmer. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Jennifer Whitmer) and Kim Whitmer; his stepchildren, David Martin (Julie) and Melissa McKenna; his grandchildren, Jacob Whitmer, Kyle (MiraYin Whitmer), Josalyn Whitmer and Ryeder Whitmer; his great grandchild Kinzley Brown; his stepgrandchildren, Alaina and Mason McKenna; and his brothers, Don Whitmer (Linda), Dale Whitmer (Sharon), Tom Whitmer (Sally) and Paul Whitmer (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nichol Funeral Home -Washington (1873 E Maiden St, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to wounded warriors or a charity of one's choice.
