She was predeceased by: her husband Francis J. O'Sullivan; and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her children, Daniel F. O'Sullivan (Janel) of Springboro, OH, Patrick N. O'Sullivan (Beth) of Union City, Christine L. Godmaire (Scott) of Waterford and Ryan G. O'Sullivan (Kristin) of Union City; her grandchildren, Kathleen, Shannon O'Sullivan, Jacob, Ethan O'Sullivan, Mara, Kellan Godmaire, Molly, Brady and Olivia O'Sullivan; and her sisters, Dorothy Steen (Floyd Orr) and June O'Sullivan (Dennis). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
