She was predeceased by: her parent Edward J.; and her sister Judith Hacker. She is survived by: her parent Rita C. Guida (Phillips); her daughter Jackie A.; her spouses, Ray Price of Chuluota, FL. and Patrick Gidich of West Chester, PA.; her grandchildren, Sean Crosby, Caitlin Price and Olivia Gidich; her siblings, Mark E. Guida of Douglassville, PA, David M. Guida of Douglassville, PA and Carolann Downey; and also Kelly N.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
