She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard M. Phillips, Sr. and Elizabeth Phillips (Bock); and her brother Howard. She is survived by: her husband Dale Meddock; her sons, Shawn, Michael and Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Shawn, Liam, Molly, Ben, Paige, Amber and Carson; and her sisters, Betty Lee and Dixie.
