She was predeceased by: her parents, William Zehnder and Mable Zehnder (Neeley); her husband Robert Mattern; and her sister Lila Burgess. She is survived by: her son Ron Mattern of Springboro, PA; her grandchildren, Crystal Mattern of Highpoint, NC and Robert Mattern of Greensboro, NC; her nieces, Betty Olcott of Virginia and Joyce Schwarz (Greg) of Leesburg, VA; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Trey of Leesburg, VA, Taylor Alcott of Leesburg, VA, Collin Schwarz of Leesburg, VA, Michelle Helm (Kevin) of Leesburg, VA, Melanie Schwarz of Leesburg, VA, Christopher Horton of Matsumato and Lila Horton of Richmond, VA..

Wilma was a long time, faithful and very active member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Economy where she participated in the Charity Circle and Piety Circle bible study groups, and the women's crafting group.
