He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steve Firkaly and Jane Janicki Firkaly; his wife Margie Firkaly of Economy; his brother Charles Firkaly of Harmony Township; his brothers-in-law, Frank Gaguzis (Sandy) of Fair Oaks, Bill Gaguzis (Betty) of Allsion Park and John Gaguzis of Ambridge; and his close friends, Mickey and Tony Ditullio of Darlington. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
